Expert Speakers Join the End Brain Cancer Initiative’s National Caregivers Self-Care and Tools Webinar on November 7th

The National Caregiver’s Self and Tools webinar, hosted by the End Brain Cancer Initiative, is a bi-annual educational event designed for caregivers.

REDMOND, WA, UNITED STATES, November 4, 2025 /EINPresswire.com/ -- The National Caregiver’s Self Care and Tools webinar, hosted by the End Brain Cancer Initiative (EBCI), is a bi-annual educational event designed for caregivers to gain valuable insights from those who truly understand the unique challenges of being a caregiver. The event on November 7th, 2025, at 11AM Pacific Time will focus on providing tools and resources to help navigate financial toxicity. Event attendees will hear from a knowledgeable panel of speakers on the topics that affect caregivers the most. Bryan Blondeau, EBCI Ambassador, will share lessons he learned firsthand when caring for his mother after her Glioblastoma (GBM) brain cancer diagnosis. Torey Gilbertson, GBM Patient Speaker, will speak about Tumor Treating Fields (TTF) Treatment and how to improve access for the patient community. Caregivers will also get to hear from Jennifer Natola, Health Insurance Navigator and Advocate, about resources for out-of-pocket expenses and how to understand your health insurance.

Keynote Speaker Aimee Hoch MSW, LSW, OSW-C, FACCC, a Master’s level, licensed social worker with 30 years of experience in healthcare and behavioral health, will provide vital tips and resources for navigating the costs of care. Aimee is an integral member of the Oncology Financial Advocacy Team at St. Luke’s Grand View Campus, formerly Grand View Health, where she created and launched the Financial Navigation Program in 2018. Nationally, she serves as a Financial Navigation Specialist for the Cancer Support Community Helpline and frequently speaks on the topics of financial toxicity and financial navigation in cancer care.
